Tele Caller

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing leads, making outbound calls to potential customers, understanding and gathering their requirements, and effectively communicating these needs to the sales team. The candidate should also be able to communicate professionally via email and WhatsApp.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Sourcing
    • Identify and source potential leads through various channels such as online research, social media, and referrals.
    • Maintain and update the lead database with accurate and current information.
  • Outbound Calling
    • Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our products/services and generate interest.
    • Qualify leads by understanding their needs, budget, and decision-making process.
    • Schedule appointments or meetings for the sales team when necessary.
  • Requirement Gathering
    • Engage in meaningful conversations with potential customers to understand their requirements and preferences.
    • Document and analyze customer requirements accurately and thoroughly.
  • Communication and Follow-Up
    • Communicate with potential and existing customers via email and WhatsApp to provide information, answer queries, and follow up on previous interactions.
    • Ensure timely and professional responses to customer inquiries.
  • Collaboration with Sales Team
    • Share gathered customer requirements and insights with the sales team to facilitate the sales process.
    • Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition of leads from qualification to conversion.
  • Reporting and Feedback
    • Maintain records of calls and customer interactions in the CRM system.
    • Provide regular feedback and reports to the management on lead quality, customer requirements, and call outcomes.
  • Qualifications
    • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
    • Proven experience as a telecaller or in a similar role.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Proficiency in using communication tools like email and WhatsApp.
    • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
    • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.
  • Preferred Skills
    • Prior experience in lead generation or customer service.
    • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.
    • Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
    • Ability to make Ppt (Powerpoint) presentation.
