Sales Force

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executives to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in selling software applications, websites, and IT service solutions. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, converting them into business, and adding value to the company by driving revenue growth. This is a full-time, regular position that requires in-office interviews.

Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation
    • Identify and source potential leads through various channels, including online research, networking, and referrals.
    • Utilize effective sales strategies to generate new business opportunities.
  • Lead Conversion
    • Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and requirements.
    • Present and demonstrate our software applications, websites, and IT service solutions to prospective clients.
    • Convert available leads into successful business deals, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Follow-Up Calls
    • Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads and maintain relationships with potential clients.
    • Utilize tele-calling techniques to engage with clients and close sales (tele-calling experience is a plus).
  • Revenue Generation
    • Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively managing the sales pipeline and closing deals.
    • Contribute to the company's growth by generating significant revenue through successful sales strategies.
Skills / Qualifications / Eligibility
  • Candidates who can join on an immediate basis are preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in selling software applications, websites, and IT service solutions is highly desirable.
  • Experience in tele-calling and follow-up calls will be an added advantage.
  • Prior experience in a sales executive role, preferably within the IT industry.
  • Strong understanding of software applications, websites, and IT service solutions.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in a sales role within the IT industry.
